About the Space

The Homestead boasts a beautiful private country setting with BBQ and entertaining area over looking the pool, vineyard and farmland. Leaving plenty of room for your kids and four legged friends. Pets allowed on request as there is no fencing around the immediate house – Conditions apply. Let’s face it, having a party is awesome but spending time together for the weekend with the whole family is priceless. When we say the whole family, we mean it! Our property can host events up to 30 people for each Farm House we have that is set in the heart of Lovedale, New South Wales (NSW). We love helping you create everlasting memories with family, friends and your pets. We are one of the only properties in the Hunter Valley that can hold events to accommodate large groups of families, friends and business functions in one place. The property offers the flexibility to have BBQ on the lawn with your own marquee or have it catered with a spit roast or food trucks are welcome. Birthday parties for all ages from kids parties to 21st birthdays, 25th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th, 90th,100th birthday and more if you’re lucky! Large family holidays, get togethers and celebrations of christenings, baby showers, valentines day, mothers day, fathers day, christmas day, easter holidays, Australia day, public holidays. Special days when you have a small group you want to stay all together for engagement parties, hens parties, wedding anniversary, elopement wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions. Friends and couples in large groups also can enjoy gatherings for golf days, yoga retreats, shopping trips, book clubs, foodies, wine clubs, coffee clubs, car clubs and sports groups. Businesses and corporates clients hold staff retreats, team building and planning sessions, end of year functions. Or, production for photoshoots and filming. NOTE: There is a $150 cleaning fee charge for every booking.
