The day of the shooting I will show you around, answer any question you might have and then be very discreet. Invisible :) I'm always available almost everyday. I am fast and helpful. I'm always a text away. Parking: You can park on yucca street for free. You can get street permit from LA Films. Ask for a cubic truck permit instead of a production truck permit it is less expensive some producer told me. Notes: You will be able to move furniture around. Even though you are in the middle of Hollywood it is very quiet. Set half a block from Hollywood Blvd. with 15 ft. hedges so background sound is a non-issue. Lots of natural light during the day. Open space on the first floor, easy to maneuver for shots. Perfect if you need a living room, dining room and kitchen.. A/C Lots of props available so you can change the decors to fit the vibe you are trying to create. So many different ways to design the sets. Must bring shoe covers. Actors too unless their shoes are new. If you book for 9 am i will open the gate at 5 to 9. Not before.
