About the Space

Historic prewar apartment with high ceilings, picture frame moldings, and original hardwood floors. Every room has a different theme with curated antiques and eclectic vibes from our travels to China, Egypt, Kenya, and France. There are views of the Verrazzano Bridge and waterfront with southern exposure for great lighting and gorgeous sunsets. Our space was recently featured in photoshoots for brands Les Deux & TOMBOI and in various commercials, including by Havas. We have a bookshelf with leatherbound books perfect as a backdrop for interviews. We also have an extensive collection of cocktail glassware, blue & white Chinese vases, and teaware. Our space is both functional and artistic. We are happy to accommodate your event, whether it be moving furniture, ordering food for your party, or helping with the creative process. We can arrange a preview of the space prior to booking if you wish. Please note this is a private home where my partner and I live with our toddler, so we will most likely be present for events. Let us know your specific needs or if you have any questions. We are flexible and may be available beyond the listing dates or hours.     Can't recommend this space enough! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and happy to help with whatever you need. The space is beautiful with lots of options and great light. We needed to book a space last-minute and Svetlana was super accommodating.
