About the Space

A gilded age landmarked brownstone mansion bathed in sunlight, rich in history and the perfect marriage of pre-war architectural details and modern finishes. There is 1,000Sq Ft so there are many configurations and uses to choose from. We understand every project is different and will work with you to accommodate your production needs. Home is ideal for film shoots, video shoots, housing for talent and team, boudoir photo shoots, magazine spreads, fashion spreads, readings, production meetings, office staging location, wedding day shoots, commercials, product shoots, interviews, and documentaries…and of course the ever-coveted production SERIES! We loooovvvee seeing our home in print or on the big and small screen. We are very production-friendly. Each room has unique character. There are multiple sets of double French doors that can be opened to allow for long shots with depth. The rooms are connected with pocket doors which means you have space to record, move around and maneuver. There are intricate and ornate wood moldings and stained glass. The place is a blank canvas but lots of texture and pops of color to spice up the soft gray walls and white moldings. Several chandeliers, high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and grand staircases all have the potential to add character. There is a bathroom on site. The suites can double as housing or holding talent. We are located on a wide, quiet, tree-lined block with ample parking --normal parking on one side and angled back-in parking on the other. We are across the street from serene always empty Brower Park in case you need outdoor green shots. There is an alternate side of the street parking so if you time it right and get there early you can lock down all of the prime time spots for (un)loading. The stores and restaurants of Nostrand Ave or Fulton Street are 3-4 blocks away if you’ve forgotten something or need to break away for lunch or quickly order delivery. The C and 3 trains at Kingston.
