(Please note: To ensure safety and protect the property, no swimming or pool parties are permitted). Elegant Gazebo: A beautiful focal point ideal for exchanging wedding vows or staging a photo booth. Massive On-Site Parking: Maximum of 20 vehicles permitted on-site. All remaining guests must arrive via Uber/Lyft. No street parking allowed. Premium Add-On Available: VIP Balcony Photoshoots: Need the perfect shot? Escorted access to our private upper-level interior balconies is available for an additional flat fee. It offers unobstructed, panoramic mountain views perfect for wedding portraits or graduation photos. (Includes 30 minutes of escorted access strictly for the guests of honor and their photographer; maximum 3 people). Logistics & House Rules Capacity: Maximum of 50 guests. Restroom Access: Guests will have access to 1 dedicated exterior bathroom. (No access to the interior of the main house is permitted or required). Music & Entertainment: Outdoor acoustic music and DJs are completely welcome! Noise & Curfew: We are located in a peaceful neighborhood. All events, including music and clean-up, must strictly conclude by 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Outside Vendors: Outside catering, decorators, and rental companies are welcome with prior approval. Clean-up: Guests are required to bag all trash and leave the space in the condition it was found.

Clean-up Guests are required to bag all trash, remove everything they brought in, and leave the space in the condition it was found. (Standard sanitization and deep cleaning is covered by the cleaning fee).
Guests are restricted to the exterior front yard, driveway, backyard, deck, and the single designated exterior restroom. No Interior Access: No access to the interior of the main residence is permitted under any circumstances, unless the VIP Balcony Add-On has been purchased in advance. VIP Balcony Access: If the VIP Balcony Add-On is purchased, access is strictly limited to 30 minutes for a maximum of 3 people (the guests of honor and their photographer). A host will escort you to and from the balcony.
Maximum Capacity: The strict maximum capacity for all events is 50 guests. Parking: The driveway and front yard can accommodate up to 20 vehicles. Guests and vendors must park on the property. Please coordinate with your vendors to ensure they have adequate parking within this 20-vehicle limit.
