About the Space

Our space works for a range of classes, meeting and gatherings. Instructors, dancers and personal trainers can use the space for: circuit classes, yoga, mat pilates, dance, group classes, martial arts training, personal training and many more. The space is laid out in one rectangular shape with no pillars, poles and hallways that'll get in your way from teaching a class. We have a wall dedicated to mirrors for students and teachers to observe the class and follow along. If needed, the space be used for teaching classes outside of fitness. It can even be used for small gathering with table and chair setup. The unique features in the space are our ceiling and wall design. We have metal and rope monkey bars in the ceiling for additional exercises and fitness routines. We also have wall beams with hooks for attached resistance bands for training. Plus, we have A/C and two industrial fans in the corners of the ceilings. Heat can be adjusted as needed for a class or session. A private bathroom is accessible as well in the space.
