About the Space

A great location close to 125th trains, this apartment has high ceilings, simple beautiful design of a pre-war building. Unique two bedrooms with ample room as well as two bathrooms. We also have a private yard. We are on the 1st floor so access for equipment is easy. This condo would be ideal for film, photoshoots as well as a base camp for projects in the area.
