We would love to invite you to our Gorgeous downtown LA artist loft. Our space is 1200sq ft with 17ft high ceilings with plenty of natural lighting with a light airy minimal vibes. Our space is perfect for photo and video shoots, dinner parties, production, and small events. We have open availability currently. This hidden gem is the old federal reserve bank turned into artist lofts located in downtown Los Angeles right next to the fashion school FIDM in the fashion district. The Lakers play right down the street at the Staples Center in LA Live. Theres plenty of food options near by and I'm happy to recommend the best of DTLA eats.
House Rules:
Smoking only in the apartment
No excessive loud noises especially when later in the day
You may rearrange or move any furniture as long as it is put back
