About the Space

The Studios is the first ever turnkey production space that is pre-styled and pre-lit so content creators, influencers, and agencies can capture content without the hassle and expense of a traditional shoot. Rentable by the hour. Just show up and shoot. Our studio features 12 unique sets: - Bedroom - Bathroom - Living room - Dining room - Kitchen - Coffee bar - White brick wall - Zen space - Home office nook - Flex space - 14' wide cyc wall - Tabletop product setup We currently allow one rental group at a time so you'll be the only guest in there. We ask that you limit your rental to 2 sets per hour. Lighting: Our sets come pre-lit with a spacelight and a hardlight. It is perfect for bright, commercial shooting. If you want to keep your budget/crew size down, you can use our turnkey lighting setup. To turn on your set, simply flip the switch and you're ready to shoot. If you want something more custom, we also rent additional lights that live on rolling c-stands for you to use to modify the sets you are renting. Additional lights include: 1 Aputure 600d with a lantern modifier 1 Aputure 300x with a leko (slash) modifier 1 Aputure Nova 600 LED 1 Aputure 60x with barn doors. Lighting can also be controlled via the Sidus App on the studio iPad. Furniture and Props: The furniture and props are yours to use however you want during your shoot. The only caveat - things must be returned in their exact condition. If this is not the case, a $200 cleaning/restocking fee will be charged to your card at the end of your rental. You can temporarily relocate furniture to modify sets. Bring plants in and out. Swap decor with items you brought. Etc. Just put it all back nicely. And try not to accidentally run off with a little prop here or there. Moving Walls: There are 2 wood slat temporary walls designed to fly throughout the space to create corners and cut off other sets when needed. The sand bags must remain on the legs at all times when not actively moving. To move - remove sandbags and have two people carry. Or, place on dollies and roll around. Dealer’s choice. Bathrooms/Changing Rooms: We have two rather industrial bathrooms that can be used for regular bathroom activities as well as changing areas for talent. Skylights and Windows: The skylights and windows have blackout curtains. The skylights are controlled on 8 separate channels via one remote. The windows have manual curtains. This means the entire studio can be blacked out if total lighting control is necessary.
