Secluded large corner lot w/two driveways. Guest house sits on hill above main house. Lots of winding pathways, stone steps & garden walls. Property has multiple terraced levels, a large flat yard and is lush with shrubs and mature trees that help create more intimate private nooks. Interior of main house has spacious living & dining rooms, two baths, three bedrooms and a cherry wood & black granite kitchen with antique stove and sunny breakfast nook. Upper floor of guest house is occupied but lower floor has an artists studio and separate guest quarters. In between the two is a broad red stone patio with great views of the moutains to the east.
