About the Space
This cool room is a flexible space, great as a photography studio or for film/video shoots. Has also been used as a pop-up gallery, screening room, meeting space, etc. We have a huge adjoining warehouse connected with a door and an outdoor Graffiti Wall, connected with another door, so you can book this room alone, or in addition to those stages to be used as a gear/staging/HMU/wardrobe/etc. area. It has exposed rafters painted white, walls currently painted flat black, some brick walls, a small window, and concrete floors. 22'6" x 26' and bottom of rafters to floor is 8'2" Ground Floor, available to book 24/7 Please inquire if you need to paint This space can become whatever you need it to be: - Interrogation Room - Bedroom - Apartment - Basement - Office - Den or Living Room - Jail Cell - Yoga Studio - Classroom - Gallery - Lounge - Pop-up Gallery We have miscellaneous equipment rentals of lighting, grip, and some production supplies, including: $700 - 3 ton Grip/Lighting $300 - Indie Budget package No pickups or drop offs Free Wi-Fi On-site manager Some prop rentals available Off-street parking rental available Inquire for catering and other services WE HAVE OTHER STUDIOS AVAILABLE: "Pony 1 Warehouse Stage" and "Pony 2 Warehouse Stage" are huge warehouse studio stages with exposed brick, rafters, concrete floors, and our outdoor stage "Pony Graffiti Wall Stage" Feel free to schedule time for a free tour. I came back to finish a film shoot here. Great place and owners! The owners are considerate and care that you have a pleasant shoot. However, I should caution if there is a "special offer" that the host sends, because it may be a tad bit more than the original price.

Great location! The owner was friendly and responsive. We shot on a weekend night and there was a rock band playing next to us, but other than that, it was awesome! Just note there may be other time slots available and if you move the start time earlier, the finished time will change as well. They will also charge 1.5 plus hourly rate of 60 for overtime.

I shot a short film in this space. The look was great. The hosts were very kind and helpful. My team had a lot of space to work with and we got everything we needed in well enough time. My only gripe is there was a music video being shot in the space next door. Their music bled through the walls into our space. We weren't given a heads up about that. Not a huge pain though.
