Art lounge for small events in Wynwood

About the Space

Art gallery lounge space fabulous for podcasts, team building events, happy hour corporate events, photo shoots, small art exhibitions and small movie shots. The space is located in the main art district of Miami named Wynwood, near Design District and Midtown mall. The available lounge area for these art events at Miart Space is a designated space of around 160 square feet (10' x 16') with direct access from the 36 street. This exhibition/event area is not suitable for more than 20 to 25 people at a time. Following the lounge area in the back of the venue we have an art studio where artists create, and art classes take place. The art studio space is NOT included in the gallery hourly rental. Parking is available on 36 Street with the city's pay by phone app, or two blocks away at the midtown mall parking garage. The space features an open box layout with three white walls and high ceilings, allowing for exhibitions large or small and plenty of length for proper photo shoots. At the rear of the gallery space there our art studio with a half bathroom. Two entrances/exits provide direct, street-level access to 36th St. and its service alley.
