About the Space

Originally built in the early 1900s, this completely renovated, five story townhouse is located on New York City's Upper Westside. Featuring exposed brick, steel, and copper pipes, the 3200+ square foot property contains two kitchens (with Viking appliances), a den/pool table/jukebox room, a showroom, a screening room, four office spaces with wood beam ceilings, five bathrooms including the master bath (complete with steam shower and jacuzzi) four fireplaces with original wood mantels, and a patio. The Art Deco theme can be found in each custom designed space adorned with an outstanding collection of musical and pop culture furniture and artifacts, anyone or all of which can be removed to fit the occasion. Retrofitted for any type of film, television, advertisement shoot, and/or social event, I have intentionally omitted specific photos of the interior contents for security reasons.
