About the Space

This location is a local independent medium format recording studio in a trendy east side neighborhood. The location includes our detached 600sq/ft building and our driveway, parking area, and back yard. We have a 14'x20' live room, a 12'x18' control room, a 6'x6' recording booth and an ADA accessible bathroom. Our facility is ADA accessible at street level. On our property there is a small (3 car) parking area available by request as well as an ample outdoor lounge space often used for staging, craft services and hair and makeup stations. Our equipment and instruments are available for use as props under supervision.
