A beautiful space of 1800 sq feet, completely luxury, with an impressive lighting at all times in one of the safest places of the city with a beautiful view. We have 6 beautiful windows towards the east side of the city and we have bright lighting from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm including the corner and we also have 6 large windows towards the south of the city in which you receive a beautiful entrance. light from 11:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. including the corner now in winter The height of the studio is 102 inches and the height of the entrance door is from 98 inches high and 73 inches wide. The height of the freight elevator is 95 inches tall and 48 inches wide. It's an antique building but in perfect condition. It has cargo elevators and normal elevators and the parking is right next to the trance of the building. It have a private makeup room in which has mini fridge, coffee maker, work table, and chairs (so we recommend that if you have anything to eat, eat it in this area not that it isn't allowed to eat or drink on the furniture) a ring light, makeup chairs, a clothing rack, and a professional vapor iron for your cloths It also has 2 ac's that will maintain a great temperature the whole time and even better during the hot summer days The studio also has another additional room with some modern arches for the time in a beige color. It also has a great mirror and a natural Italian real leather chair. The studio also contains a beautiful crystal chandelier as well as a huge modern mirror, white wall designs the you'll love The studio also has beautiful modern real leather furniture and a marble table and modern books We also have a Marshal bluetooth speakers which have amazing sound The building has 2 elevators, a regular elevator and a cargo elevator. The building also has a mens and a women's bathroom each with a code to enter, a mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, and sink that you can use. Our studio can be used greatly for Fashion Photography, E-commerce - social media content, content commercial and print photography, produce shots, interview, fitness podcasts, photoshoots and videos, apparel shoots, head shots, amazing lighting for lingerie shoots, tv series, and more (FOR BIG PRODUCTIONS WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SMALLER STUDIO IN THE SAME BUILDING YOU CAN CHECK IT ON MY PROFILE) THE SPACE IS NOT SOUNDPROOF IF YOU WANT TO DO GREAT WORK YOU MUST COME PREPARED WITH GREAT SOUND Remember that the music should be at a normal volume not loud or elevated. The building is creative but the music should be at a medium. Everything you see in the photos is included in the studio and normally we try to make a change yearly so that every person receives the studio better each time and it is always in perfect condition. Now that it is cleaned before and after every booking.
