SECOND FLOOR (14th bldg.) is a mezzanine with 10 ft. ceilings housing a library, art gallery, kitchenette with mini fridge and Nespresso machine, and access to a fully furnished terrace. The eastern half of the floor can be used for green room, craft services, and a dressing or makeup area. THIRD FLOOR (15th bldg.) is a creative office/studio space with 10 ft. ceilings, featuring an executive desk, podcast table, producer's workstation, lounge area, and photo/video backdrop.
