A dreamy 360 glass house surrounded by an enchanted backyard garden, with various backgrounds to shoot beautiful photos and film breathtaking video content, centrally located in the heart of the valley, 20 minutes away from Hollywood in a quiet street isolated from noise. - Mon - Fri: 2-hour minimum, Sat-Sun: 4-hour minimum. *** Production bookings include glass house + backyard. *** Event bookings include glass house + backyard. Kitchen is available for events for a flat $150 fee. *** Maximum Capacity is 35 total people. Film shoots wanting to shoot in front of the main house must get prior approval. GLASS HOUSE The glass house is 340 sq ft with a 10.5ft vaulted ceiling that leads out to the garden. Designed as a romantic getaway or a honeymoon suite. Furnished with a sectional sofa that turns into a comfortable queen size bed, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, a 42-inch smart TV, air conditioning, fans, chairs, mirror, an electric fireplace, 360 curtains, decorated with Greek columns, Roman busts, and large green plants. For productions, it's a great space to shoot your scenes inside or to house gear, hair & makeup, wardrobe, video village, production HQ, or talent holding. BATHROOMS / CHANGING ROOMS There are 2 bathrooms in the backyard. One bathroom can be designated for talent only. The other bathroom can be assigned for crew to use. BAR AREA Includes counter space and 4 stools across from the lounge area. SEATING There are multiple areas for your guests to sit and relax including a lounge area, a bar, a dining table, chaise-lounge chairs, and swings. OUTDOOR LIGHTING The entire backyard is lit with warm white solar lights that automatically turn on as soon as it starts to get dark outside. WIFI High-Speed Wifi is available throughout the property. PARKING You can park 3 vehicles in the long driveway out front. Lots of free street parking. SOUND SYSTEM Music is played through the on-site sound system with our in-house speakers. You may also bring your own sound system. Please be considerate of the neighbors across the fence when playing loud music. NOTE: Host is always on premises to answer any of your questions or concerns. Security cameras are in front of the property only, recording audio/video. CHECK OUT THE ADD-ON SECTION PROPANE GRILL & FOOD PREP/ SERVING AREA Whether you want to use the bbq on site or have catering use their own equipment, there is an area for preparing food. Use of the Grill is a $40 ADD-ON for the Propane Tank (please be sure to fully clean the Grill after use). HOT TUB, ICE BATH, SAUNA - Provides seating for up to 6 people comfortably inside with more seated along the outer perimeter. The Hot tub has 7 color options. - Hot Tub ADD-ON $50 - Ice Bath ADD-ON $30. - Sauna fits 4 people. ADD-ON $40.
