A reservation for this space includes exclusive use of the full floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with team tables along with round tables seating 4 guests. There are 2 private offices along with a training room. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. We can also help hosts if requested to get their guests on to the floor during the first 15 minutes of the reservation. Please note this space can be chilly so please consider recommending guests bring a sweater or light jacket. Reservation requests are only considered which are 30 days or less in advance since the space is also available for long term lease.
