About the Space

Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with several team tables along with round tables seating 4 guests. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. There may be other guests utilizing the conference rooms or training rooms available. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. We can also help hosts if requested to get their guests on to the floor during the first 15 minutes of the reservation. Please note this space can be chilly so please consider recommending guests bring a light jacket or sweater. Reservations are only being considered through 2023 since the space is also available for lease.
