About the Space

Our Downtown Austin historic landmark is a one-of-a-kind multi-use event space with a private courtyard, located in East Austin. This unique historic house features Faux Bois, Art Deco, and Mexican Folk Art interwoven into its architecture and design, offering an unparalleled setting that ensures your event stands out. Ideal for photo shoots, small film crews, interviews, meetings, production HQ, wind-down space, and more, the space provides 1500 square feet of interior area and a 500-square-foot courtyard. Additionally, there is a convenient loading area accessed from the alley. Please note, the space is not soundproofed and there is street noise. This space is available for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/ Film shoots.
