3000SGFT of space Event space for hosting baby showers, birthdays, weddings, etc! This is ONLY the space. There is no decor, tables, chairs or linens. We do provide on sight trash cans but do NOT provide trash bags. All vendors are provided by the client and clients pay $200 insurance fee. OUTSIDE SPACE As pictured we have outdoor space for rent at an additional hourly charge of $75. KITCHEN There are two residential kitchen / prep for rent at an additional hourly charge of $100. OVERNIGT STAYS There are TWO airbnbs below and above the event space. Above is a 4bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment at nightly cost of $225 Below is 1bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment at a nightly cost of $150
