Our space is a creative space for creative minds. We are design professionals and built our studio from the ground up to our own exact specifications. With abundant daylight, and soaring 24-foot ceilings, we offer the best rental space in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

STUDIO A > Dimensions: 30W x 38L x 14H
STUDIO B > Dimensions: 44W x 32L x 24 H
WORKSHOP > Catering/Staginghas drive-in access with 11-foot clearance.
REQUIRED FEES:
• Sanitize/Enviro Fee of $250 to $750 (based on use)
• Staff/Studio Manager: For productions over 25 persons we require a site manager for the duration of shoot. Site manager is billed at $30.00 p/hr from load in to load out (w/ 8hr minimum)
ADDITIONAL ADD ON-FEES:
• VIP Mezzanine Access (private bath/loft/lounge) – $350
• Folding tables/chairs pkg – $25
• White Drapes or Black Drapes - no charge (specify choice at booking)
• Free parking for 12 cars
• Over 75 people - additional rates tbd/negotiated
ADDITIONAL TIME:
• Merchandise/Wardrobe/Prop/Set drop-off prior to shoot date available for full day rentals only. Pick-ups must be on the same day of your booking.
• Grip/Rental/Equipment drop-offs prior to shoot date available for full day rentals only
• Pre-set rates are 75% cost of our day rates. Available for full multi-day rentals only
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
• COI (Certificate of Liability Insurance) may be required based on production/use in the sum of $1 million min, and/or signed waivers and guarantees required.
• All spaces should be broom swept before vacating and all bulk/set/trash needs to be taken with whomever brought it - NO dumpster available!!
• All outlets rated at 20a on independent breakers.
