STUDIO A - Approx. 1,200 square foot daylight photo and video studio with full eastern and southern exposures, polished concrete floors, and full show kitchen. Studio A can be combined with Studio B. DIMENSIONS: • 30X X 38L X 14H • Under 15 people. • No mezzanine access. RATES - FULL OR 1/2 DAYS ONLY: $1,000 Half Day (4 Hours) $1,400 Full Day (10 Hours) REQUIRED FEES: • Sanitize/Enviro Fee of $125 to $200 (based on use) ADDITIONAL ADD-ON FEES: • Live Cooking+Baking (No Food Prep) – $350 • Shop Access for Food Prep/Sinks – $350 • VIP Mezzanine Access w/ Private Bath/Shower – $350 • HMU Station/Chair – $50/per • Wardrobe Racks/Steamer kit – $50 • Couch/Lounge Seating - $15ea • Backdrop Stands, C-Stands, Apple Boxes, Sand bags, Cords, V-Flats – $50 • Folding tables/chairs pkg – $25 • Daylight Silk Drapes or Black-out Drapes - no charge (specify choice at booking) • Free parking for 11 cars or street parking (daytime only) • Over 15 people - additional rates tbd/negotiated ADDITIONAL TIME: • Grip/Rental/Equipment drop offs prior to shoot date available for full day rentals only • Pre-light rates are 75% cost of our day rates.
