Facility Rules - Event guests may not enter the space prior to the designated start time and may not remain on site after the designated end time. Any overtime will result in additional payments. - The total number of guests may not exceed the agreed-upon guest count specified in the Agreement without prior written approval from the Venue. - Doors may be unlocked upon request; please ensure someone is present to monitor entry. - All guests must exit the premises by the designated end time specified in the contract. No one may remain in the building or on the grounds after that time. - Please inform us in advance of any electrical equipment you plan to bring so we can ensure proper circuit support. - The use of speakers and microphones is not permitted in the outdoor garden area. - Requests to use tables and chairs must be made ahead of time. - The coffee kitchen is not available for use. - The kitchenette located in the South Wing is available for light use if the event takes place on the south side of the facility. - Cooking is not permitted. - Thermostats will be set to 72°F. Please speak with an Experience Leader during your event if you need the temperature adjusted. - Furniture may only be moved with prior approval. - The staff will assist in moving furniture to prevent damage—please request in advance. - Set-up of the space must be verified 2 weeks prior to the event; otherwise, the space will remain in its original style. - Any last-minute or day-of furniture movements will result in a fine. - Floors scratch easily; do not move furniture yourself. - Use only painter’s tape to hang items. No other adhesives, pins, nails, or staples are allowed. - Bring your own supplies for setup and décor; these are not provided. - Please do all printing offsite. Up to 5 pages are allowed on the house. - Any additional pages will be charged at $1 per page. - Cooking on the premises is NOT allowed. - All food must be pre-cooked and ready to serve. - The Venue will provide 2 carafes of coffee and iced water. - Any additional coffee will cost $25 per carafe and will be invoiced at the end of the event. - Security cameras are located throughout the property and may record video during the rental period for safety, security, and property protection purposes. - Exterior doors must remain closed and locked during the event and may not be propped open. - Client is responsible for monitoring entry and providing access to guests throughout the rental period. - Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises. - Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the campus, including the parking lot. - Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, silly string, and similar materials are not permitted on the premises. - Alcohol is not allowed on the premises unless previously discussed with the Venue and proper additional liability Insurance have been collected. - No pets are allowed on the premises. - Before leaving, turn off all lights, including restroom lights. - Before leaving, check all doors to ensure they are closed and locked. - Remove all items brought into the space. - The staff will return all furniture and facility equipment to their original locations. - Wipe down any tables and chairs used. - Remove all decorations and tape. - Take all trash to the outdoor receptacles.
