Exit the private elevator and walk right into the Creative Loft. You will have access to all 3500 square foot this loft has to offer! The loft includes - Four Bedrooms w/ an en-suite bathroom in each one - Fully stocked kitchen - A 24 foot island that can sit up to 15 people - 3 Dining tables in common area that accommodate between 10-15 for each table - Living room that includes an 80" TV For any special requests, please reach out to us. ** - There is a $250 Cleaning fee + taxes that will be charged directly by the Holland Hotel that will be collected via payment link - There will also be a Security Deposit of $1500 that will be pre-authorized
