The loft includes - Conference Room that sit up to 14 people - Four Bedrooms w/ an en-suite bathroom in each one - Fully stocked kitchen - A Kitchen island that can sit up to 4 people - Dining tables in common area that can sit 10 people - Living room that includes an 80" TV For any special requests, please reach out to us. ** - There is a $250 Cleaning fee + taxes that will be charged directly by the Holland Hotel that will be collected via payment link - There will also be a Security Deposit of $1500 that will be pre-authorized
