About the Space
This beautiful ONE-LEVEL home is located on an 0.78-acre estate in the desirable “Empty Saddle” neighborhood. Feel free to use the brand new salt water pool with spillover spa, fully automated equipment and Pebble Tec surface. Enjoy the lush resort-like backyard that is shaded by a gazebo. It leads to a custom chicken coop where 13 chickens are thriving and lighted full basketball court with adjustable glass blackboards. Large Trampoline is also available. A detached 2-room office area “Pool House” is equipped with its own central heating and cooling. It has a high beamed ceiling, closet and ¾ bath. The main house is not available for events unless discussed & additional pricing is set! Beyond the sport court is a 4-horse barn area directly adjacent to the 27-acre Chandler Preserve and miles of trails to hike!
