Location as advertised! A great blank slate that fit the bill for our project, Michele was responsive, professional and accommodating - wouldn't hesitate to book again. We were shooting through a rain storm and did have a few power outlets go down for the back half of our shoot, but otherwise smooth.

Run down, creepy, broken windows, neglected, your basic dilapidated property. Think neglected, haunted, scary. There is a large yard, overgrown and lots of compacted dirt in places.
Garage is large with broken windows.
