Our space is a community arts, education and environmental resource center and full-service professional office building offering long term office leases; short term space rentals for classes, meetings and events; and dance and theatre classes
Studio Y consists of perimeter offices around a bright, airy, unobstructed 1400-square-foot gallery space called "The sYnapse", a beautiful open space with cushioned Marley-type dance floors from StageStep, a 33' wide wall of mirrors, 20'-high ceilings, exposed wood trusses and beautiful natural light streaming.
Please note that non-profits are eligible for 20% (and in some cases more) discount. For customized ratings, kindly contact the host.
There is also a $25 signing fee for every booking.
Protection Packages
