About the Space

Our 5,000 square foot facility, located off Augusta Street in downtown Greenville is convenient to shops, restaurants and hotels. The modern decor, comfy furniture, and full kitchen create a relaxed atmosphere. Clients enjoy access to the spacious conference room, wireless Internet, and full kitchen. We are open to production companies, video companies, photographers for full-day and half-day rentals. The studio has been rented for TV spots and commercial video shoots by both local, regional and national companies. OUR AMENITIES INCLUDE: Spacious 5,000 sq. ft. building with rear and front parking 1,500 sq. ft. studio space with 14 ft. ceilings and HVAC 10 ft. x 20 ft. The Studio is available for rent for Half days or Full days Half Day: up to 5 hours - $500 Full Day: up to 10 hours - $800 Chimera F2X Softbox - 8,000 Watts (10 ft. x 20 ft.) rental Half Day: up to 5 hours - $300 Full Day: up to 10 hours - $600 *Fresh coat of white paint for the studio floors - $200.00 CANCELLATION FEE: All renters will be billed half the rental fee if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of renting the studio POWER BREAKDOWN No power charge in addition to the studio rental rate. The facility is equipped with a Phase III 200 Amp System, with 6 breaker switches dedicated to the studio.
