Loft space 400 sq ft with 13 ft high ceiling Windows are facing North šŸš€Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) šŸŒ”HVAC system - nice temperature all the time. šŸŽ„Basic equipment included, see below šŸš‡4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. šŸ„Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. šŸš—Easy to find place for parking. Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. Included: 1 x Christmas Tree for the season 3 x Muslin Backdrops A set of Two 480 LED lights 2 x Lights stands 1 x Extension Cord 1 x Portable Steamer Wall Mounted Clothes Hangers for 10 hangers šŸŽ¤ I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not sound proof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. The Studio is available for Photoshoots and Film shoots.
