About the Space
🔥Bright photo studio 400 sq ft, 12 ft high ceilings, minimum 2 hrs! 🌇Great soft natural light all day (windows are facing west). 🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) 🚇3 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for parking. 📍If you have production shoot for more than 7 persons please check out my other space: https://giggster.com/listing/bushwick-artist-loft Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. Included: - 2 x White Fabric Backdrops - 2 x Grey Fabric Backdrops - 2 x Black Fabric Backdrops - Wall Mounted Clothes Hangers for 10 hangers - 1x Portable Steamer - All the Furniture from the pictures If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. The Loft studio is available for Photoshoots and Film shoots.

My experience was wonderful! The space is lovely, with the most phenomenal lighting. The instructions were super clear, space was clean and gorgeous, and the Mikalai was so gracious in extending by 15 minutes for free because I had locked myself out and left something!
