100 year old brick 4 square home. First floor has a pretty 4 season front porch with exposed brick and 13 windows. Small foyer with wallpaper, large white radiator and built in bench seat. New kitchen with stone flooring, marble counters, stainless appliances, medium wood cabinets. Living room has a fireplace, built ins, window seat, wainscoting, and tray ceiling. Bathroom is a former office and has built ins and a claw foot tub. Second floor has 3 medium sized bedrooms and 1 small bedroom, new bathroom with large all glass walk in shower and double vanity. Office is a former sleeping porch with 13 windows. Unfinished walk up attic. Basement has a bedroom with built in reading bench, tv room and laundry. Detached garage with beautifully finished attic space used as a media room. Former very small brick chicken coop attached to garage has been used as both a playhouse and garden shed. Small yard with quaint herb garden and many perennial beds. 4 large window boxes in front of house. Used previously in a local hospital commercial.
