Adorable cottage w/ vacant lot next door, both at water's edge. Two docks to choose from: double-slip party dock on one side and a single slip dock w/ swimming deck on the other. The first floor of the home has an open concept with a spiral staircase to upstairs bedrooms. Endless filming potential here! Advertised rate is based on 30 people headcount, still photoshoot, low impact. For higher impact productions, please message for additional information.
