A Slice of Sydney is right on the water & boosts uninterrupted lake views and is only 50 minutes north of ATL. Our inspiration...to bring a little of Sydney Australian living to Lake Lanier, with an unforgettable waterside entertaining deck/ bar open spaces. The house has 3 bedrooms plus an upstairs sleeping loft and teen retreat. Creatively re-designed open plan living/kitchen/dinning area is an entertainers dream come true. The Glass Atrium has fabulous acoustics which opens up onto the massive lakeside patio deck and well equipped large 12ft bar space (seating for 8) with cathedral ceilings and extensive water views. Our location.. right on the water, no step slopes, no endless stairs to climb just rolling green grass to the lake with your private two story wooden dock.
