This One-of-a-kind Buy-out Venue in Clearwater consists of 2 Large Ballrooms, Bride & Groom's Room and Meeting Room. We created a space for those moments because friendships grow deeper when we celebrate big moments in each other's lives. Included in all rentals: • Tables and Chairs • Basic Set-Up by our Staff • Professional Sound System • Color Changing Uplighting • Ambient Lighting • Post-Event Cleaning by our Staff. Starting rate for the whole venue rental is at $4900 for 9 hours in Saturdays. Rates are depending on the days of the week, timings and number of guests. Please inquire for custom rate. In addition, you can either choose from our talented vendors we've had great experiences with to get you anything you can dream of for a fully inclusive event or you can also choose to take care of some or all of the services yourself. Vendor or Self options: • Food catering • Draping, Lighting, Stage • Bar service • Event Planner/Coordinator • DJ or Live Music • Dance lessons or performances • Hair and makeup • Photographer/Videographer • Cake decorator or Desserts *The venue may have a separate cancellation policy.
