Beautiful & spacious Sherwood Forest home with a large backyard and a swimming pool. Remodeled chef's kitchen with island open to family room with a fireplace, formal dining, master bedroom with french doors that lead out into the backyard, walk in closet, custom designer glass shower. Close to CSUN. Corner lot. The yard is spacious and dotted with fruit trees with some grass and some dirt. The rose garden is a lovely feature and sits in front of the occupied guest house. It's a residential area with some off street parking but larger shoots should rent a nearby parking lot and shuttle.
