Located in west garden grove right near the 22 and 405 freeway and not far from the 605 freeway. It’s located inside a business complex towards the back. The complex is very quiet on the weekends as there are only 5 other business in the entire complex open on weekends. That means plenty of parking spaces usually 40 to 50 empty spaces on the weekends. During the week/normal business hours it’s also usually quite most of the time and there is about 20 to 30 spaces available. Brand new inside remodeled from floor to ceiling. A/C throughout the entire unit. White and bright with lots of natural light from front windows and warehouse ceiling skylight. You can make it even brighter by opening the garage door in the back or leaving it shut if you don’t want too much light or noise from neighbors coming in. The garage door is automatic so it’s very easy to open and close as needed with a push of a button. This makes loading and unloading gear easy as well with the rear loading area. White walls everywhere to be a blank canvas. Half the space is an open warehouse with tall ceilings it measures roughly 30 ft by 20 ft. The warehouse has some bamboo covered pendant lights hanging along with studio lights on ceiling tracks. There is a kitchenette in the warehouse section with cold and hot water. The other half of the building is a solid drop down ceiling. The section feature a wooden slat wall and an alcove perfect for lounge chairs, photobooth, welcome table, gift table, decor, makeup/hair area, or whatever creative use of the space you can think of. The drop ceiling section also includes one bathroom which is handicap accessible and a storage room/changing room. So 1200 sq feet inside and then you have an over 100 sq feet outside in the back of the building where the garage door opens to. It consists of a loading area and a parking space. You can use this area to park or you can also use this area for 2 food carts (taco guy, churro cart, etc), trailer bar, or 2 food trucks. We have a wooden end table you can use as well as 10 folding tables and 50 folding chairs. The warehouse space perfectly fits 50 people seated and if there was a combination of standing and seated probably a little more. The drop down ceiling section along the wooden slat wall is a perfect place to have food tables if you cater food in.
