Absolutely best location I had! It have a lot of rooms and varieties of spaces. Themis is the best host and I love her so much!
Imposing Red Brick home on a hill with stamped concrete driveway with white balustrade entrance to a double door grand foyer. Large living room, proper dining room and superb kitchen area.
Lush backyard landscape with a koi fish pond and waterfall, oval shaped pool with trampoline, pool house, green room and pebbly parterre.
All filming shall be twelve hours and up to 10pm.
After 10pm it's time and a half, after midnight it's double time.
Until further notice, COVID compliance is mandatory as well as permits.
