Oakland Park Fort Lauderdale, 5min from the highway and 3 miles to the beach. This space offers you a private tropical paradise. The sparkling swimming pool is so inviting and offers seclusion and privacy. Perfect space for photo or video shoots. There is plenty of extra parking and two enterences direct to the backyard. We have an oudoor shower for use and a wood cabana if shade is necessarry. This versatile space is ideal for film shoots, photo shoots, movie shoots, commercial shoots, filmed interviews, fitness videos, documentaries, promo videos, yoga retreats/classes, and other creative production projects. When booking, please consider setup and breakdown time, as it is part of your rental duration.
