About the Space
We are very experienced working with film and photography crews to shoot all types of production. We aim to please. This stunning Villa Park estate has all the charm and character of a historical Green & Green Craftsman home, paired seamlessly with the modern amenities of today. Rich mahogany front door with stained glass, quartersawn white oak hardwood floors, Old California lighting inside and out, 100+ year old clinker brick on exterior, abundance of space for indoor/outdoor filming. House has vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, avocado, citrus, fruit trees, vineyards, and wide expansive lawns. There are so many options of spaces to film, plenty of room for gear, plenty of parking in the neighborhood. The permit is cheap and easy to get on short notice. The house also has several rooms available for green rooms for talent or for HMU. Plenty of separate circuits for lights and good AC to keep you cool between takes. Beautiful custom round blue stone Craftsman pool is also available for rent separately. Amazing boat garage with 2 opposing garage doors would make a great garage to showcase classic cars or for HMU/ craft services, art department area, or store your gear.

This beautiful home was perfect for our film shoot. It feels just like the Grand Californian and photographed beautifully. Well maintained, friendly owners, a big driveway for the grip van and we staged grip gear in the detached garage. We used different areas of the home and were able to make it feel like three separate locations. There was also plenty of room for talent holding and a lovely outdoor deck for lunch. The permit here is easy and cheap ($100) and the parking is plentiful (though be sure not to park on the side of the street that says 'No Parking'). We put down ram board to protect some of the flooring and had tennis balls on all the stands. A beautiful home that's a great space to film your next project in!
