It is hard to beat this space with its private, spacious backyard, the tranquil atmosphere, and the open layout. Location includes one bathroom. Perfect for all types of film and photo productions; photo shoots, music videos, narrative, feature films, television, web series. Only the pool/backyard is available for rent. There is a separate listing for use of the interior of the house. This location is only for filming or photo shoots, no private parties or weddings.
