One-story beachfront home on tony Asharoken Beach has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen all facing the Long Island Sound. A wide deck leads to a private beach. It's perfect for sunsets, sunrises and any other time of day that needs great lighting. It has four bedrooms, two baths and lots of charm, plus a long, paved driveway for parking and lovely lawn, gardens. It was built in the 1920s and has been in my family since 1967 and meticulously cared for--and loved.
