About the Space

Welcome to our beautiful backyard, overlooking San Clemente Canyon and Biltmore trail (south facing). Unobstructed canyon views tucked away deep into north clairemont, you'll find the location to be near the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking for crew/staff and its very quiet during the day so nothing to interrupt an event/shoot. Not only do we have many hours of great sunlight, but the canyon provide's incredible depth and color, and in addition the evening sunsets provide a beautiful evening sky color along the horizon. Interior use will be determined case by case primarily based on usage. In addition to driveway parking, interior use of the garage will be available for additional fee's as well. The backyard space is flat space, grass throughout with great access to the driveway for loading/unloading. Driveway can easily fit 3 cars/trucks, possibly more.
