The house has amazing water views of a canal with ocean access. It has been thoughtfully equipped to be your vacation home and offer relaxation and fun. It is a happy place to build beautiful memories. 1 mile to the Ft Lauderdale Beach and short distance from vibrant Las Olas dining and night life, also the best shopping. Completely private and large backyard with heated pool surrounded by beauty, dining area, BBQ gas grill, reinforced dock for boats. We offer 3 kayaks for guests. Master has high ceiling and floor to wall windows to see canal and manatees, queen bed, flat screen TV 2nd bedroom has ensuite bathroom, queen bed, flat screen TV 3rd and 4th bedrooms: 1 queen and 1 twin in each bedroom. Living area offers plenty of space with natural light. Family room has 55-in flat screen TVs with streaming access in case you want to end the night with a movie. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room for 8 persons. Another living room adjacent to dining room. Backyard: Heated pool, dining area, BBQ gas grill, reinforced dock to bring your boat For your security: 2 exterior cameras with permanent video, one at front door covers entrance and another at garage covers driveway. Video only no audio.
