Newly renovated studio loft with exposed brick, a rain shower, large island that seats up to 7 and a balcony with clear views of the Hudson river. The brick loft is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of families and neighbors who maintain the properties near by. Walkability to stores, restaurants and bars, only blocks away. This location has strong internet, TV, and plenty of common area to work out of.
