About the Space
TONS OF ATMOSPHERE: We built this place from the bottom up, and filled it with beautiful, oversize, and unusual features. 3000sq ft industrial loft space (former warehouse). 14-20ft ceiling throughout, heated concrete floors and AC, open floorplan. The space has many unique aesthetic features (large statues, skylights, oversized stone balinese soaking tub with rain shower, indoor swing, spiral staircase, working fireplace, roof garden, original artworks, etc). Works great for photo shoots or film shoots where atmosphere is desired. Kitchen equipped with 6 burner viking oven, sub-zero refrigerator, white marble island, dishwasher, nespresso machine, vitamix, etc. High-end furnishings and lighting fixtures feature stone, wood and metal, for a strong, dark, modern aesthetic. Additional grip and lighting available upon request.

Julian is super responsive and so helpful! He even offered to help carry my bag. The space is stunning! The amount of care put into the decor is incredible. Parking was easy and the space is unlike any you will find. A+++
