About the Space

This location is a true desert masterpiece – 5400 sq. ft. of modern architecture juxtaposed by the rugged terrain of the Mountains. Perched mountaintop, you'll find a large saltwater infinity pool overlooking the entire Coachella Valley. The Dream House can host up to 200 people with space for 12 to stay overnight. This property exudes sophistication with splashes of sexy throughout both the interior furnishings and modern exterior, embracing the latest in design, technology and clean energy with concrete floors and rare architectural glass walls throughout. The entire property is open for events, productions and more! The front of this venue is an expansive yard with indoor/outdoor space, perfect for hosting large groups. The ground floor features an open floor plan with walls that fully open to the outdoors for true indoor/ outdoor space giving you plenty of room to entertain or work. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and incredible views. There is a dedicated entertainment room featuring a full bar, gym area with weights, rower, treadmill and Peloton bike, billiards table, foosball, basketball shooter game and lounge with TV.

    I’m not even sure where to start, the Dream House is exactly that, a dream! When you first roll up you’ll see an architectural masterpiece, the house is stunning both outside and in. Every room has a billion dollar view and the master bedroom is in a category by itself, I’ve never seen something so beautiful. The house has everything you could possible want, games for the kids, pool toys, arcade, ping pong, pool table, a next level grill/BBQ area, TVs inside and out, plenty of lounge areas, and so much more. If you need anything, the caretakers of the house would respond quickly and get you whatever you could possibly dream of. We had a chef come in and make us possibly the greatest tacos I’ve had in a long long time. I’d have to say my favorite part of the house might be the pool. The views while sitting in the pool are next level with no words to describe how perfect it is. You won’t go wrong staying at the Dream House, I can’t wait to go back.
