Our second-floor space at this space is a versatile and dynamic environment designed to accommodate a wide range of activities. Whether you're hosting a corporate meeting, a creative production, or a social event, this space provides the perfect backdrop for any occasion. The layout features an open, airy floor plan with plenty of room for customization. The central area is perfect for gatherings, presentations, or team collaborations, while smaller sections can be used for breakout sessions or intimate discussions. Natural light pours in through large windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout. Unique features include modern furnishings, high-speed internet, and state-of-the-art AV equipment. The space also offers convenient access to free parking, making it easy for attendees to arrive. With its flexible layout and ample amenities, this space is ready to bring your vision to life. Please note: This is not a soundproof space and some ambient noise from the surrounding areas should be expected. The three conference rooms have doors and may offer quieter environments, but they are not fully soundproof. Important: Insurance Requirement for Parties All parties hosted at our space are required to purchase general liability insurance for the event. This ensures protection for both guests and the venue.
