About the Space
Castle House & Gardens sits in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains, yet only 2 miles from the Pacific Coast Hwy, and 6 miles from Santa Cruz. This bespoke, historical California ranch style home and estate with Mediterranean and Spanish influence sits amid 12 acres of glorious gardens, a year-round creek with reflection pools and waterfalls, numerous outdoor and indoor massive fireplaces, a spacious brick courtyard and custom tiled swimming pool. Inside the home are old-world plaster walls, oak flooring, and spectacular iron hardware on original 1938 doors, and intricate wall sconces. There are too many unique features in this home to list!
